About the role

The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of relevant work experience and possess strong expertise in Web, API & Mobile platforms. As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of automated test cases.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end quality across automation, Al-driven testing, and delivery
Lead and scale SDET teams in fast-paced Agile setups
Drive shift-left testing with early validation and quality gates
Define risk-based test strategies balancing speed and coverage

What We're Looking For

Deep automation expertise across Web, Mobile & API (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred)
Hands-on with Playwright, WebDriverlO, Cl/CD, and modern test frameworks
Strong quality-first mindset with clear leadership and communication skills
