About the role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AtaccamaONE solutions for Data Quality (DQ), Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data quality and governance solutions.
- Develop and maintain data profiling, cleansing, matching, standardization, validation, and monitoring workflows.
- Configure and manage data quality rules, business glossaries, metadata repositories, and governance frameworks within Ataccama.
- Integrate Ataccama with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and cloud ecosystems.
- Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Architects, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and compliance.
- Drive root cause analysis and remediation of data quality issues.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and governance processes for Ataccama development.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to delivery teams.
- Support production deployments, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and platform upgrades.
- Participate in solution design reviews, architecture discussions, and strategic data management initiatives.

- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or DB2.

- Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
