Creatio Low-Code Developer (Citizen Developer)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Creatio Low-Code Developer to design, configure, and maintain business applications on the Creatio platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to analyze requirements, automate business processes, configure applications, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires a combination of business analysis, process design, and low-code development skills, enabling rapid delivery of digital solutions while minimizing custom development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Design
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize business processes.
Design and model business workflows using BPMN principles.
Translate business requirements into scalable Creatio solutions.
Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.
Low-Code Application Development
Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code/no-code tools.
Design and maintain Freedom UI pages, sections, and dashboards.
Create and manage business rules and workflow automations.
Configure case management and approval processes.
Develop reports and analytical dashboards.
Data Management
Design and maintain data models and relationships.
Configure objects, fields, views, and business entities.
Ensure data quality and governance standards are maintained.
Support data migration and system enhancements.
Integration & Technical Support
Configure integrations with external applications and services.
Work with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
Support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with technical developers on advanced customizations when required.
Platform Administration
Support security role and permission management.
Assist with environment configuration and release deployments.
Participate in testing activities and solution validation.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Experience
2+ years of experience in business application configuration, process automation, CRM, BPM, or low-code platforms.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Experience with workflow automation platforms is considered an advantage.
