About the role
Job Purpose: To plan, organize, co- ordinate and manage activities of the GBSPL including maintenance of books of account, MIS, internal controls, software development, budgetary control, adherence to SOP, legal compliance in accordance with the legal / regulatory requirements and policies of the Company. KRAs: Financial Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and taxations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense claims, salary, and payments. Ensure all MSME payment to be on time. Maintain compliance with statutory and internal financial policies / SOP. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. Internal Control To establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures. Recommends and maintains processes to ensure proper internal controls exist and are followed to maintain the integrity of the financial data Taxation Obtain lower deduction certificate from income tax dept. Ensure for timely payments of GST, TDS. Ensure for timely filing of applicable returns. Preparation of form 3CD and assist in completion of tax audit Timely completion of ITR 6 Other Statutory Compliaces Ensure timely payment of PF, PT,ESIC and LWF Obtain timely detail from HR for payment of statutory liabilities. Ensure timely MCA return (AOC-4) prepared and filed. Audits Over all responsibilities to assist in Audits – Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit. Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems. Support automation and digitaliization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
