About the role
We are looking for exceptional programmers to join our Human Capital Development (HC Dev) team based out of Gurugram, Hyderabad or Bengaluru, which is rebuilding its core infrastructure and applications to enhance efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver next-generation analytics capabilities. The role offers an opportunity to provide technical and delivery leadership through active involvement in system design, architecture, and implementation, leading initiatives that evolve our platforms, improve maintainability, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. You will align technology direction with business goals, guide teams toward architectural excellence, and strengthen the reliability, resilience, and performance of critical systems.
What we're looking for- The ideal candidate should hold - Basic qualifications: ─ A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6 to 9 years of work experience ─ Strong full-stack development experience with Java and Spring or similar frameworks on the back end, and TypeScript and React on the front end, with familiarity in SQL. ─ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated passion for technology, quality, and attention to detail. ─ Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication; people management experience is a plus. ─ Excellent reasoning ability, interpersonal, and communication skills, as the role involves frequent interaction with business groups. Advanced Qualifications: ─ Experience integrating GenAI workflows, including RAG pipelines, using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent tools to build scalable AI applications is a plus.
