About the role
We are looking for experienced engineers to join our Comply Tech and Legal Tech teams at our firm’s offices in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Gurugram. Both teams build and maintain critical applications for firmwide functions where accuracy, reliability, and security are paramount, and where the breadth of the firm’s businesses adds meaningful complexity to the problems they solve. Each team works closely with its partner department, and their systems integrate with a range of other internal platforms.
What we're looking for- The ideal candidate should hold- Basic qualifications: ─ A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, with an exceptional foundation in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming ─ At least 4 years of programming experience in Python or equivalent languages, in addition to some or all the following: React, Redux, RESTful web services, and databases ─ A deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including evaluation and prompting techniques ─ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex, ambiguous problems ─ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders ─ Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end and drive them to completion Preferred qualifications: ─ Prior exposure to project management ─ Experience building AI-driven automation frameworks, as well as semantic search or knowledge retrieval systems at scale
