About the role
We are looking for a Lead, Tech to join the Quality and Test Engineering group based in the firm’s office in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. The Quality and Test Engineering (QTE) team manages the entire firm’s quality mandate and delivers quality product releases with deep integration in the software development cycle, focusing on functional correctness, scalability, and performance. Our prime motivation is to mature the software development cycle by bringing robust test-engineering practices, automation, tooling, and quality product releases.
What we're looking for- Five to eight years of relevant work experience
- Experience in web technologies and proven expertise in coming up with automation frameworks
- Exposure to React/Redux stack
- Robust test planning and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with various testing standards, guidelines, procedures, methods, tools, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under changing priorities
