We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Veterinary Doctor to lead medical practice, strengthen operational excellence, and bring global standards of pet healthcare to Supertails' upcoming physical outlets.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Veterinary Doctor to join a fast-growing pet-care organization expanding its network of world-class physical healthcare centers across India.
Locations: Bengaluru
Experience: 1 – 5+ years
What You'll Do:
• Lead clinical practice for the healthcare center or specialization
• Guide, mentor, and train Associate Vets, Paravets & Handlers
• Drive preventive, predictive, and planned pet healthcare
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, quality, and service excellence
• Build partnerships with welfare organizations, colleges, and pet-care networks
• Support surgical procedures including ABC, dental, and routine surgeries
What We're Looking For:
• 1- 5+ years of veterinary practice
• Experience in small animal practice (dogs & cats)
• Surgical experience: ABC, planned procedures, dental
• Work with NGOs, welfare centers, or rescue centers
• Pet-parenting experience is a plus
• Strong people management & customer-care skills
