About the role
- Manage and govern 3PL warehouse operations to ensure adherence to service levels, company policies, operational standards, and contractual commitments.
- Drive warehouse performance through KPI management, including inventory accuracy, cost control, quality compliance, safety performance, and service excellence.
- Lead 3PL partner governance and contract management by conducting regular performance reviews, managing SLAs, pricing agreements, and contract lifecycle activities.
- Oversee warehouse financials and cost optimization through invoice validation, budget monitoring, spend analysis, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure effective utilization of warehouse systems and technologies, including SAP, WMS, EDI, and automation tools, to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, process standardization, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management by maintaining SHEQ standards, supporting audits, conducting risk assessments, and implementing RCA/CAPA actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making, warehouse network optimization, space utilization, and successful onboarding of new warehouse facilities.
