Job Description:
Job Mission
Within the framework of the guidelines set by
Heads of Regional Tech Training Manager, the incumbent:
Guarantees, within his/her scope of responsibility, the effective and timely implementation of the learning initiatives designed by the LBP (Learning Business
Supports need analysis and collection of individual requests
and ENGINEERING functions’ requests
Organizes and coordinates training delivery (
e learning , virtual classes, ILT, etc.), by meeting the global standards/guidelines in terms of processes, technologies and tools
to be used (learning ecosystem, authoring tools, planning tools, e signature, etc.).
Guarantees that all training data are constantly updated into the common
system (CSOD)
Collects and provide data related to the agreed learning KPIs (satisfaction, hours delivered,..)
Guarantees compliance of delivered training with local and global rules (e.g., EHS, Funding, synergies, learning policies,...
policies,...).
Job accountabilities
To collect needs in his/her scope of responsibility and share them with the LBPs
To organize the training defined by the LBPs of reference (from convocations to the evaluation of effectiveness) in his/her o
wn scope of responsibility
To organize training (
e.g. mandatory, technical certifications, technological updates in the plants), using the tools ( e.g. LMS) provided, in coordination with LBP of reference .
To provide timely data/reporting required for preparation of funded plans (where applicable) and social commitments (includin
g U nions, Sustainability Report,...),
monitoring and any audits/certifications.
To report to the appropriate LBP any critical issues, problems or proposals to be submitted to the learning communities.
Main skills and capabilities
Basics of learning processes
and some experience with training content creation like ppts, videos
Class administration (operational admin) within the Stellantis
Learning Hub and edcast (Stellantis web portal for e learning)
Project
Management basics: planning and organization and logistics
Customer
management and Budgeting basics
Collection of local needs (use of standard templates)
Some Exposure to
AI Technologies with HR + Training Analytics scope is preferred
