The role will be responsible for leading the OU specific learning initiatives and engagement. It will help build the overall learning strategy @Zeta and ensure its translation into meaningful programs and initiatives. This role will be pivotal in leading learning programs at different OUs right from planning to adoption & impact, working closely with Business stakeholders, People Success Partners, and L&OD team to create a culture focused on unparalleled learning and career growth.What is the job like?

Conduct Learning Needs Identification & Assessment (TNI & TNA)

Work with SME in Engineering and Products to design learning curricula and programs to bridge the skill gaps

Ensure periodic refresher to continually enhance business and product knowledge at Zeta

Identify, Design, and deploy learning solutions for capability development across levels

Lead Leadership development initiatives and programs specific to OUs

Identify all learning opportunities to bridge competency gap

Prepare & Publish Learning Dashboards, review with Business Leaders/Feedback

Actively lead and contribute to the “Making Zeta a Learning First Organization’ philosophy

Who should apply for this role?

Experience- 8+ yrs

Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institute

Deep knowledge of Domain - Retail Banking/Payments

Awareness on Payments and retail banking-related Technologies

Deep application of L&D/OD/Consulting/Coaching concepts, principles, methodologies, and tools

Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis & feedback, strategy design, implementation planning, and ongoing execution support

Knowledge of Learning program management

Demonstrated experience in consulting with senior leaders and teams

Vendor management, LMS, Gamification, WBT content exposure are plus
