This role is to enable a culture of continuous learning to make Zeta a learning first organization. It will be responsible for designing, executing and managing all learning interventions for the product & engineering team and tasks as defined below. What is the job like?

Design and deploy learning journeys for specific target groups

Create, maintain/update learning plans on LMS

Design eLearning and microlearning content, create content and facilitator guides for Instructor Led Training/ Online training

Train/conduct sessions - Deliver technical + product training for cross functional teams in each country we go live

Active collaboration with Organization Unit (OU) OUs/ SMEs to ensure standardization of learning content and it is updated/ reviewed periodically

Actively contribute in making ‘Zeta a learning first organization’ by high impact learning initiatives and engagement with the employees.

Who should apply for this role?

Bachelor’s degree in /B.Tech/B.E/engineering background

Hands on experience of 6+ years managing and training on a key product/ Function/process for an organization

Strong project and time management skills

Familiar and proficient with Google Suite - spreadsheets, docs, slides etc

Strong domain knowledge & related technologies (Preferably Payments and Retail Banking Domain)

Functional expertise - L&D concepts, methodologies (Instructional Design)
