Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents:  - Prepare, review, and negotiate rental and lease agreements for commercial properties.  - Ensure all documents comply with current laws and regulations.2. Payment Follow-ups and Recovery:  - Manage and follow up on rental and lease payments.  - Handle recovery processes for overdue payments.3. Legal Research:  - Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.  - Provide insights and updates on legal changes affecting commercial property leasing.4. Court Proceedings  - Assist in the preparation of legal documents for court cases.  - Attend court hearings and provide support as needed.5. Client Interaction  - Liaise with clients to address their legal needs and provide guidance on commercial property matters.  - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.6.
