Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft,
review, and negotiate:
- Engagement
Letters
- Memorandums
of Understanding (MoUs)
- Master
Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements
of Work (SOWs)
- Service
Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Addendums
and Amendments
- Lease
Deed, LOI, Leave and License Agreement.
- Ensure
legal enforceability and alignment with business objectives.
- Vendor
/ Non - IT Agreements.
Negotiation & Risk Management
- Lead
contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Identify
legal and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support
business teams with contract structuring and advisory.
• Maintain contract templates and standard clauses.
• Track contract renewals, amendments, and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Preferred tools experience: Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as DocuSign CLM, Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel / SharePoint for contract tracking is an added advantage.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B./LL.M.
from a recognized university.
- 3–4
years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations.
- Strong
exposure to corporate/commercial/Real Estate law and contractual
frameworks.
- Experience
working in a corporate environment or consulting platform is preferred.
