About the role
1. Maintaining records, files, deeds, and
all documents related to land matters.
2. Coordinating between sellers and the
company for land acquisition across India, which involves visiting sites, local
record offices, and issuing searches.
3. Understanding and assessing search
reports to clear land titles from registration offices, BLRO offices, etc.
4. Creating title reports for internal records.
5. Attending matters related to mutation
and conversion.
