Liaison

We are hiring for a premium real estate client seeking an experienced Liaison Lead to manage statutory approvals, regulatory compliances, and authority coordination for large-scale development projects in Mumbai.

• Manage end-to-end statutory approvals across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages
• Liaise with authorities such as BMC/MCGM, MHADA, MPCB, Fire Department, AAI, MoEF, and Revenue Authorities
• Ensure timely processing of IOD, CC, OC, NOCs, and other regulatory approvals
• Maintain strong relationships with government bodies and regulatory authorities
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal, and internal teams for documentation and submissions
• Ensure compliance with DCPR/DCR, RERA, and environmental regulations
• Track approval status and maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
• Support project lifecycle activities including land title verification, layout approvals, and utility connections
• Identify approval risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks

• Government Liaisoning & Stakeholder Management
• Strong knowledge of DCPR/DCR and Mumbai approval processes
• Expertise in regulatory approvals & compliance
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Documentation & coordination skills

• 10–15 years in real estate liaisoning / approvals
• Experience in handling large-scale / township / mixed-use projects
• Strong exposure to Mumbai authorities and regulatory frameworks

• Graduate (Civil / Architecture / Planning / Law / Management preferred)
