About the role
Experienced in providing L2 application support for enterprise integration and middleware platforms in production environments.
Strong knowledge of IBM ITX/WTX, IBM WebSphere Application Server, and Azure Integration Services including Event Hub, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
Proficient in Oracle Database, SQL, and Linux/Unix administration for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
Hands-on experience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, XML, and IDocs.
Skilled in supporting integrations using communication protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and FTP.
Experienced in platform monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and ensuring SLA compliance.
Familiar with Azure DevOps, AKS Kubernetes, Grafana, and Zabbix for deployment and monitoring activities.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Effective collaborator with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.
