1. Supervise the site to comply with the relevant national safety regulations and the company's safety Policy and Rule, to ensure the safety of the site operation2. Responsible for Eng. Store materials for the Plant3. Responsible for material shelf life management for Eng. Store Materials.4. Responsible for regional layout planning, inventory management, inventory accuracy, and gap analysis5. Management of all spare parts for the Plant.6. Make sure to execute ABI APAC RTP mgmt. and control policy to check all RTP when receiving and record.7. 5S Adherence .8. Timely finish Check list, make SOP and management policy to ensure inventory accuracy9. Follow the environmental policy, implement the regulations of chemicals handling, waste products handling to protect the environment including central by product area;10. Comply with the national food safety law / regulation and ABI policy and standard, implement quality and hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) standards, to prevent the quality events;11. Eliminate the skills gap by training, improve their professional skills, bring team together to make progress; responsible for tracking the training plan of staff (including key positions), and update the skill matrix in a timely manner.12. Complete other tasks in a timely manner, with RACI and SLA tool13. KPIs integrity14. Complete the tasks timely which given by the manager15. Carry out VPO Management pillar activities as a representative for the executing the functions required to drive all the other VPO pillars of the organization as well.Responsible for Preparing the document for department as per VPO Management Pillar Requirement
