Summary

This role is critical for maintaining seamless vertical transportation within the building, directly impacting operational efficiency and occupant safety. The position requires a seasoned professional with a robust background in elevator mechanics and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Direct daily maintenance activities and troubleshooting for elevator systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Supervise technical teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet service level agreements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to local and national safety codes.
Manage emergency response protocols, coordinating rapid repairs and communication during system failures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repair histories, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate with facility management to plan preventive maintenance schedules and budget for equipment upgrades.

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in elevator supervision or advanced mechanical maintenance.
Proven track record of managing elevator systems in a commercial or high-rise environment.
