About the role
- Design and implement Exchange Online migration strategies (cutover, staged, hybrid).
- Execute Tenant-to-Tenant migrations across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Develop and manage M365 governance frameworks, including policies, compliance, and security configurations.
- Configure and maintain M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Implement M365 enablement initiatives including governance, configuration, and policy enforcement.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and migrations.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices within M365 environments.
- 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online development and administration.
- Strong experience in:
- Exchange Online migration
- Tenant-to-Tenant migration
- M365 governance, configuration, and policies
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Good understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID, identity, and access management.
- Experience in configuring security & compliance policies (DLP, retention, conditional access).
- Knowledge of hybrid environments and migration tools (e.g., Quest, BitTitan, or native tools).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online / Teams administration
- Exposure to M365 security & compliance center
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
