As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analysing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of algorithm development and optimisation techniques related to machine learning.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methods.
- Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical analysis to derive insights.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in machine learning projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at the client's on-site location within India.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
