About the role
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3-6 years of industry experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered systems. This role combines hands-on ML engineering, backend development, LLM integration, and production-grade infrastructure work. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-impact machine learning features.
Requirements:
- Built production-grade voice bots.
- Worked on conversational AI systems and infrastructure around it.
- Experience with speech/voice pipelines.
- Strong product development experience.
Engineers should have experience building AI systems involving:
- OCR.
- AI document intelligence.
- Enterprise automation.
- Workflow automation systems.
- Large-scale document processing and classification.
- Healthcare document workflows are a strong plus.
