About the role
Requirements:
- Strong programming experience in Python/ Golang is a good to have.
- Hands-on experience in building/customising LLMs.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Strong expertise with LangChain and the Generative AI ecosystem.
- Experience building highly scalable Generative AI applications, preferably serving millions of users/requests.
- Experience working on Voice AI products or platforms.
- Experience working in a startup environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and AI application development.
- A B. Tech degree is mandatory.
- Experience in B2C product companies only.
