About the role
We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, CICS, and VSAM to support enterprise-level applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and VSAM.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform application enhancements, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Work on batch and online processing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and support teams.
- Participate in code reviews, production support, and incident resolution.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
