Job Description: Mainframes Developer with IMS DBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and IMS DB/DC
- Perform IMS database administration tasks, including database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mainframe applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mainframe applications and IMS databases
Requirements:
- 5-15 years of experience in mainframe development and IMS DBA
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and IMS DB/DC
- Experience with database design, implementation, and maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with mainframe performance tuning and optimization
- Knowledge of mainframe security and compliance
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
