About the role
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC and other manufacturing machines.
- Diagnose electrical and electronic faults in CNC machinery, including PLCs, drives, and controllers.
- Conduct regular inspections and functional tests to avoid breakdowns.
- Replace worn or damaged parts, components, and electrical wiring as necessary.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and recommend machine upgrades or replacements.
- Collaborate with machine operators and production supervisors to schedule maintenance without disrupting production.
- Follow all safety guidelines strictly during maintenance operations.
- Working Hours : 8 hours + 4 hours OT
