Job Description of Maintenance Commercial Manager

Overall Responsibilities

· Responsible for the overall Commercial aspects of the Maintenance Department.

Service Sales Responsibilities

· Ensure that Quotations are sent 90 days before AMC expiry.

· Responsible to achieve Advance Renewal and Current Month Renewals Targets.

· Ensure that AMC Conversion and Renewals are achieved as per Targets.

· Ensure that ANR is brought under control as per the Targets.

· Follow-up with certain clients from HO on the AMC renewal & Payment collection, if needed.

· Ensure that Lost Lifts are recovered as per the Target.

Repair Work Responsibilities

· Responsible for revenue generation from Maintenance Repair works.

· Ensure that client approval on TIS Offers is received as quickly as possible.

· Coordinate with Technical Team and ensure that Repair works are completed to the satisfaction of the client.

Billing and Collection Responsibility

· Responsible for on-time billing of AMC and Repair works.

· Ensure timely follow-up and receipt of payments (AMC, Repair and Outstanding).

Manpower Management

· Team Motivation, Development and Attrition Control

· Conduct periodic ‘Performance Appraisal’ of team members and guide them to improve their performance.

Miscellaneous Activities

· Ensure achievement of client satisfaction by prompt response to customer issues.

· Monthly review meeting with Branch HOD, CRE, and Back office on the AMC renewals, Repair Works, and Payment collections.

· Branch visits to monitor the activities.

· Ensure that software / database are updated on time and used effectively

· Ensure to provide necessary Reports.

Requirements:

· Qualification: Diploma / Graduate

· Experience: 15 years of Service Sales experience

· CTC: 10 to 12 Lakhs per annum
