Responsibilities:- Maintain and troubleshoot plant machinery and utility equipment.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance procedures.
- Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
- Supervise contractors and technical teams.
- Drive cost-saving, continuous improvement, and 5S initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Skills Required:
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance expertise.
- Knowledge of VFDs, PLC/controller programming, and utility systems.
- Experience with SAP and maintenance documentation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skill.
Education: Engineering degree preferable (bachelor’s in electrical or mechatronics or mechanical engineering)
Experience: >3 years related work experience preferable
