About the role
- Territory Management-Identify potential and opportunities for Savannah crop portfolio in the assigned territory. Plan and work towards generating Sales through demand generation.
- Channel Management-Identify and appoint potential Distributors to ensure availability of product at maximum outlets.
- Branding Coordination-Work with Marketing team to design specific brand communication as per local market need by sharing the customer experience, product performance and competition communication.
- Market Development/Effectiveness-Establish better coordination amongst Marketing and Sales team to drive effectively regional and central Marketing team.
- Market Intelligence-Provide feedback, inputs and analyze competitor activities at market place in terms of pricing, new product releases, campaigns and resourcing activities and suggest changes in tactics/strategy to beat the competition
- Training and Communication- Work along with regional product development executive to enhance technical knowledge of TSMs and SDAs.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
