LMDL is looking to hire motivated and ambitious fresh graduates as Management Trainees (Sales) for its medical device portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Promote and market LMDL's medical device portfolio to hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in achieving regional sales targets and business objectives.
- Support the sales team in market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Stock management on a consignment basis.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: B. Pharma, B. Sc. (Science), Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
