We are looking for a Manager – Business Analyst to support the evaluation and execution of strategic real estate opportunities for family-related projects. The role will focus on land identification, opportunity screening, due diligence coordination, valuation analysis, market benchmarking, stakeholder management, and preparation of investment recommendations.

• Identify and screen land and real estate opportunities across India.
• Conduct preliminary assessment of opportunities, including commercial viability, key risks, merits and value drivers.
• Coordinate legal, technical, commercial and design due diligence with internal teams and external consultants.
• Prepare valuation analysis, market benchmarking and comparable property assessments.
• Analyse transaction assumptions, sensitivities and key value drivers.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, developers, consultants, architects and other stakeholders.
• Manage external advisors and ensure timely flow of information and closure of action items.
• Prepare investment notes, decision papers and management presentations for shortlisted opportunities.
• Support transaction readiness and provide analytical inputs for management decision-making.
• Work closely with CCMO, Family Office/GEPL stakeholders and internal Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Design and Projects teams.

• MBA / Real Estate qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Real Estate Investments / Acquisitions / Land Transactions / Valuation / Due Diligence.
• Experience in evaluating and analysing real estate opportunities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation, market benchmarking and comparable analysis.
• Exposure to land acquisition, transaction structuring or real estate investment analysis will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and consultant management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise investment recommendations.
• High level of ownership, confidentiality, attention to detail and commercial judgement.
• Ability to work with urgency in a transaction-driven environment.
