About the role
- In this role, you will drive business development for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, while delivering topline and bottom-line targets by identifying strategic opportunities, converting large leads, and achieving annual KPIs related to revenue, profitability, DSO, new wins, and customer visits
- Additionally, you will manage key accounts by building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers, while maintaining a close watch on competitor activities, emerging market trends, new products, and hospital expansion projects across both private and government sectors
- Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with regional healthcare sales teams by providing monthly techno-commercial MGPS training, ensuring alignment on business objectives, and fostering a high-performance, team-oriented sales culture across the assigned territory
- Moreover, you will work in partnership with the MGPS execution team and cross-functional departments to strengthen execution standards, ensure seamless project coordination, and deliver superior customer experiences through effective internal collaboration
- Consequently, you will ensure timely submission of territorial MIS, drive prompt collection of customer payments, address customer complaints with urgency, and maintain operational excellence through disciplined follow-up and customer engagement
- Likewise, you will strengthen customer relationships by executing safety initiatives and engagement programs, while consistently promoting a safety-first culture across all customer interactions and business activities
- Finally, you will uphold safety as the highest priority by embedding safe work practices into every aspect of business development, customer engagement, project execution, and team collaboration
