About the role
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key national accounts. • Understand customer needs and provide tailored mobility solutions that align with Mahindra Logistics’ offerings. • Identify and address market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats. • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. • Stay updated on industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Represent Mahindra Logistics at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network.
Requirement -
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Familiarity with the mobility solutions industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. • Master’s degree in business management • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
