About the role
• Planning monthly and daily as per approved time line of the project. Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress. Prepare progress updates and MIS for management reporting• Ability to develop different infrastructures like rest shelter, toilets, drinking waters, service water, canteen, road, communication system, quality system etc at site prior to start of main construction work.• Co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.• Identification of needs arising during the project executions & escalation of issues for timely actions.Plan, Develop, Monitor and Ensure Execution of Capital Projects
• Co-ordinate with vendor partners for defining construction plan & schedule.• Ensure timely mobilization of resources at site for project execution. Management of man, material & machine at site.
• Making Risk analysis of site, Ensure implementation of SOPs, Quality assurance plan, Safety rules & standards at site.
• Interface with customer department for resolution of day to day issues and ensure site work progress.
• Billing of vendors timely and accurately, maintaining record of free issue items as per standards.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve productivity, responsibility & accountability to meet the project cost & timeline.
