üAssist / guide distributors in Service & Parts Operations
üImplement policies and procedures in dealership network
üAssist distributors in concern resolution.
üEnsure to achieve TAT, CSI, DSS & CAPs Targets
üChannel capability building.
üAchieve Spare Parts & Lubricants revenue targets
üImplement warranty policy and monitor warranty cost per Tractor
üEnsure campaign activities are completed in time.
üAudit dealerships for processes and Warranty claims
üEnsure timely product feedback from dealers
üEnsure distributors get required support from HO in terms of literature, tools, diagnostics, catalogues, etc.
üHelp distributors grow business through Service Marketing activities.
üVisit fleet operators along with Distributor to instill confidence in our products and services
Experience12-14 years (BE) / 6-8 years (DME) experience in Service, Field Operations and Parts Operations in Tractors / Farm Machinery. International experience will be an added advantage
Industry PreferredüExposure to dealerships systems and processes with experience in implementing dealership and CSI processes.
üExperience in handling dealers and customers.
üSound technical knowledge with analytical skills
üExperience in warranty system
üExposure to Parts inventory management
üBusiness acumen
International Experience will be preferred
QualificationsB.E. (Mech/ Auto) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
