About the role
- Create the Learning & Development Strategy for the organization.
- Design and implement programs that are aligned with the Company's talent priorities (individual, team, skill-based, and management training).
- Conduct skill gap analysis, create, and design the training calendar ensure its implementation, and drive the TNI program.
- Take the requirements of the functions as identified through the Performance Management Process and develop a learning and skills-building strategy across levels. This should be focused on the achievement of business goals and the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Provide coaching and support to key leaders in the creation of robust development plans that meet succession and development needs.
- Create training content on various topics with support from SMEs as well as be able to deliver the content through the training programs organized.
- Conceptualize, design, and implement special programs viz., First Time Manager, Managerial Effectiveness, Train the Trainer, etc.
- Design metrics to measure training effectiveness and return on investment.
- Help identify and facilitate Management/Leadership Development interventions.
- Help build competency mapping across the business functions.
- Create an environment to provide visibility and get the buy-in of the stakeholders for the employee development initiatives.
- Vendor/External Consultant Engagement: Identify external consultants/vendors/ institutions to deliver solutions as applicable.
- Create and report utilization of the L&D budget.
- Review, benchmark, and suggest the need for an internal LMS v/s external LMS.
- Build L&D culture across the organization to create top-class talent.
- Knowledge management – update dissemination, workflows, and SOP.
