HowYou’llSpendYour Time:

•Enterandprocessclientaccountingtransactionsinthe appropriateaccountingsoftwareon a regular and timely basis.

•Monitortheportalforassignedclientsonaregularbasistoensurealltransactionsare processed in a timely manner.

•Performcompilationproceduresinaccordancewithfirmandprofessionalstandardsas directed by engagement leaders.

•DeveloptechnicalcompetencywithGAAPandvariousaccountingsoftwaresystemsusedto provide the Accounting Outsourcing Services.

•Respondtoclientandfirmassociaterequestsinatimely,accurate,positive,and professional manner.

•Communicateproactivelywithotherfirmassociatesregardingopenitems,problems,or other important matters in a timely manner.

•Adheretoprescribedbudgetsanddeadlines

·ABachelor’sDegreeinCommerceoranequivalentcombinationofeducation and experience.(CharteredAccountant)CAInterorarticleshipwouldbepreferred.

·Minimum8yearsofpost-qualificationhands-onexperiencewithU.S.accountingfirm;

·Hands-onexperiencewithhandlingmultipleUSClients

·ExperienceinmanagingR2RProcessandvariousPrepaymentandAccrualJournals

·ExperiencewithMonth-EndCloses.

·MonitoringcontrolsforR2RProcess.

·Processingaccountingtransactionssuchasaccountspayable,accountsreceivable,general ledger, and preparation of financial statements. Hands on experience on the Technology setup tools like Intacct and QBO with and Expensify at minimum.

·GoodexposuretoExcel(formattinginfoand/orcreatingworksheetsforimports,exporting)

·KnowledgeofFathomReportsorLivePlan

·Abilitytomaintainclientconfidentiality,personalobjectivityandprofessionalskepticism.
