End-to-End Product Operations SupportSupport day-to-day product operations, planning, coordination, and execution to ensure smooth workflows,timely deliverables, and operational efficiency.
Vendor & Partner ManagementCoordinate with approved vendors and external partners for sourcing, quotations, deliverables, and timelyexecution while ensuring quality standards and cost efficiency.
Cross-Functional Team CoordinationCollaborate with Client Servicing, Creative, Production, and other internal teams to ensure alignment onrequirements, deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
Inventory & Resource ManagementMaintain accurate records of inventory, materials, product assets, branding collaterals, and other operationalresources while ensuring availability and effective utilisation.
Operational Execution & MonitoringMonitor ongoing operational activities, coordinate logistics and resource requirements, track progress againsttimelines, and resolve execution-related issues.
Documentation & ReportingMaintain operational trackers, vendor records, invoices, and relevant documentation. Prepare periodic reports,track deliverables, and support reconciliations and process improvements.
