To own the operational delivery of the reward and benefits calendar — annual cycle administration, benefits renewal and claims, share plan support and executive compensation packs — with the accuracy and confidentiality the subject matter demands.
Key responsibilities
•Own the administration of the annual increment, bonus and performance review cycles: system set-up, eligibility data, communications, letter generation and distribution to the reward calendar. •Consolidate headcount and cost inputs for budgeting and allocate staff costs to entities and properties within SLA. •Manage off-cycle compensation request triage, validation of new hire packages and the accurate flow of changes into payroll before cut-off. •Own benefits and flexi administration — enrolment windows, renewal configuration and UAT, claims validation and the insurance and broker interfaces. •Ensure statutory benefit reporting obligations (including MOM/WICA submissions) are met within mandated timelines without exception. •Oversee share plan administration support: access provisioning, legal entity record set-up, award data preparation and dry runs. •Prepare executive compensation data, NRC/ERC meeting packs and disclosure inputs to the required lead times, working under strict confidentiality. •Own control quality across all reward transactions — maker–checker, approval evidence and reconciliation of interface files, including alerting on missing files within the 2-hour window. •Produce reward operations reporting and support internal and external audit of compensation and benefits processes. Must-have skills and experience •10-12  years in compensation and benefits administration or reward operations, including 2+ years leading a team. •Hands-on delivery of an annual increment and bonus cycle in a large organisation. •Strong benefits administration experience including enrolment, claims and insurer or broker liaison. •Advanced Excel — modelling, reconciliation, large data sets — and strong numerical accuracy. •Working knowledge of Workday compensation and benefits modules. •Demonstrated handling of highly confidential compensation data. •Familiarity with Singapore HR and Compensation policies
