Reporting to - QA / QC Head
BE graduate or Diploma in Mechnical Engg.
1. Well experience in QA.QC dept.
2. Good decision maker
3. Over all responsible for product inspection and clearance.
4. knowledge in material spec. ASTM & EN- ferrite, Austenitic stainless steel, Hastelloy, duplex etc.
5. Well knowledge and good experience in fabrication including WPS, WPQT& PQR
6. Knowledge in fabrication and Preferred CSWIP3.1 certificate holder.
7. NDT –ASNT level- II (VT,PT,UT,MPT &RT) PCN also preferred
8. Product knowledge specification and standards requirements
9. Software Microsoft Office (word, Excel PPT etc.)
10. Non- conformity analysis 11. Customer complaint analysis
Relevant Industry Third party Inspection agency, TUV,LLOYDS, BV etc. experience in fabrication and inspection of Pressure vessel, Heat exchangers & Heavy fabrication Equipment Manufacturing and assembly industries.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Over all responsible for inspection (incoming, stage/ in-process, final & sub-contractor) QAP preparation, CSWIP 3.1 certificate holder, Fabrication blasting & painting and machining activities, final inspection/FAT test and QA.QC clearance. Coordinating to customer and TPI inspection.
