Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to oversee QA/QC functions for high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in RCC works, finishing, and modern formwork systems, along with a solid understanding of quality compliance and audits.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure implementation of QA/QC processes across all construction stages
- Conduct technical audits and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Oversee concrete mix design and material testing processes
- Monitor execution of RCC and finishing works for quality compliance
- Review and interpret drawings related to shuttering, staging, and specialized formwork
- Ensure compliance with codal standards and internal SOPs
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain quality benchmarks
- Strong experience in QA/QC for high-rise construction projects
- Expertise in concrete technology and mix design
- Hands-on experience with PT and aluminium formwork systems
- In-depth knowledge of RCC and finishing works
- Familiarity with technical audits and quality documentation
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Experience in premium/luxury residential projects (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
