Responsible to maintain the Management Information System and provide insights and analyze the data - Sales Management Maintaining claims data and sharing report to internal and external stakeholders. - Strong capability to drive timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure cross-functional coordination (UW, Marketing, Product, Ops, IT, Legal, Partners). - Interdepartmental (UW, Product, Finance, Marketing, IT, others) coordination for smooth process implementations. - Run training programs, contests, and performance reviews.
