About the role
The D. E. Shaw group seeks a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its growing Middle Office function in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India. This team supports the lifecycle of the firm's global trading strategies and serves as a key link between the front office and operational teams. This project-focused role offers the opportunity to lead middle office projects that strengthen the firm's ability to support a growing and increasingly complex book of investment strategies, while retaining hands-on operational ownership. This position will initially be an individual contributor role, with the potential to assume people management responsibilities in the future based on business needs and the candidate's interest.
