About the role
What you´ll do
- Drive and implement site SHE strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Ensure compliance with SHE standards, legal regulations, permits, and statutory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for safety, sustainability, and risk reduction.
- Manage and represent the site during SHE, Process Safety, and Corporate audits.
- Track audit actions and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including ETP operations and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare periodic SHE reports, analyze performance trends, and drive corrective actions.
- Lead SHE incident investigations, root cause analysis, and action tracking.
- Develop and deliver SHE training programs to employees, contractors, and third parties.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and promote a strong safety culture across operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen SHE governance and operational excellence.
