About the role
Qualification:
BE / EQ with 15 to 18 experience in the field of Stamping production, machine maintenance and tool maintenance.
CTC-12 to 14LPA(Prefer from north)
Job description:
The candidate should have served as Manager for atleast 5+yr min experience, on exclusively handling 30+ stamping machines, 300+ stamping dies – Progressive
Will be responsible for the revenue indent execution in Stamping division
Should have atleast 10yrs work experience in high speed stamping presses with high G&D tolerance levels + precision products + fast moving products with lowest thickness on metal strips of SS, Copper, Soft aluminium
Should have worked in an industry with supplies to OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers of automotive industry
Will be collecting and analyzing the data of production, downtimes, automations implementation, for improving efficiency and eliminate human dependency affecting quality and deliveries.
Should have hands on experience on AutoCAD software to design press tools, jigs, fixtures and knowledge to empower debug + train the crew for efficiency and reduce the downtimes through design & implementation
Will be responsible for authorization of New tools setup + qualification, Production, Tool maintenance, Machine maintenance, within the approved costing
Will be responsible for team build which should be effective, through continuous review for training + replacement of the poor performers
Will be responsible for performance metrics of production yield, machine utilizations, optimize capacities, 5Ms, reconcile Work Orders and stay within approved costing
Should have strong knowledge on process setup + control (End to End process)
Will have to ensure effective implementation of 5s, QMS, people + product safety at operational areas in plant
Will have to actively lead debugs to ensure OTDs and quality at highest levels
Will plan the 5Ms and monitor for effective utilizations
Will have knowledge of SPCs, Cpk / Ppk, QC tools for debugging, 8D, CAPA process and documentation
Knowledge of VSM, VAVE would be an advantage
Should have undergone IATF training + SOPs
Additional info:
Trainings / crash courses in the field of production, quality, maintenance would be advantage
ISO Certifications in production, quality, tool maintenance would be advantage.
