About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful candidate to join our Strategic Intelligence team based in Hyderabad and Gurugram. The team manages custom research projects and connects analysts with a dynamic network of professionals and subject-matter experts, helping investment teams gain a deeper understanding of the companies they cover. This includes curating and managing the expert network and facilitating engagements with both in-house and external expert resources.
What we're looking for- The ideal candidate should hold – Basic Qualifications: ─ A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Law, Finance, or a related field ─ 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in expert networks, executive search, specialist recruitment, primary research, client solutions, or other research-driven, client-facing roles. ─ Robust communication skills, both written and verbal ─ Demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with senior professionals and external stakeholders. ─ Strong sourcing, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert initial outreach into successful engagements. ─ Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines, prioritize competing requests, and deliver within tight timelines. ─ The ability to thrive in a globally collaborative, metrics-driven, entrepreneurial, and challenging environment ─ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities ─ High standards of integrity, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail
