🎨 Job Responsibilities:
✏️ Create manual jewellery designs for:
• Special Orders
• Sample Orders
• Line Product Development
⏳ Ensure timely delivery of designs as per defined timelines and company norms
💍 Develop aesthetically appealing and technically accurate jewellery designs
📏 Ensure accuracy in:
• Design estimates
• Weight calculations
• Pricing parameters
• Diamond guideline adherence
• Model specifications
✨ Ensure all designs align with:
• Client expectations
• Brand/category standards
• Production feasibility
🚫 Minimize rework and rejection by maintaining high-quality design execution
🔍 Review developed samples and proactively highlight quality concerns or design gaps
📈 Create commercially strong designs that enhance customer selection and maximize order conversion
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth design development and execution
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in Manual Jewellery Designing
✔ Strong understanding of jewellery aesthetics and technical detailing
✔ Knowledge of diamond guidelines and design estimation
✔ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
