About the Company

  • Pubscale (Formerly known as GreedyGame), founded in 2013 by Arpit Jain (CEO), is a leading ad-tech company focused on driving sustainable app growth and monetization.
  • Over the past 7+ years, we’ve built a profitable, scalable business grounded in real impact—moving successfully from 0 to 1 and now accelerating through our 1 to 10 growth phase.
  • As a Google Publishing Partner, we serve over 100 million daily ad impressions and support more than 5,000 apps and games globally—delivering up to 75% revenue uplift for our publisher partners.
  • Trusted by leading brands including Amazon, Dream11, MPL, Sharechat, Treebo, Mobikwik, and over 1,000 publishers across 20+ countries.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and regression test suites for PubScale’s web platform.
  • Validate web dashboards, analytics, reporting modules, and data-driven workflows for functional correctness and data accuracy.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger to verify payload integrity, authentication flows, and error handling.
  • Leverage Chrome DevTools for UI debugging, network request inspection, and application behavior analysis.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across the UI, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Log, track, and verify defects, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support automation efforts using frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium, where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Strong foundational knowledge of software testing principles—including functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing.
  • Proven experience testing web applications, dashboards, and data-centric products.
  • Advanced proficiency with Chrome DevTools (non-negotiable) for debugging, performance analysis, and network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Ability to validate data accuracy and consistency across multiple layers of the application stack.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
  • Experience collaborating in Agile teams and using version control systems like Git/GitHub.

Bonus Points

  • Exposure to AdTech, Analytics, Monetization, Offerwalls, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, database validation techniques, and observability platforms such as Grafana, Datadog, or Sentry.
  • Experience implementing API automation or integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Why You’ll Thrive Here

  • You possess a quality-first mindset and proactively identify edge cases before they impact users.
  • You excel in fast-paced, product-led environments where ownership, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.
  • You are comfortable independently investigating complex technical issues using Chrome DevTools, APIs, and data analysis.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with Engineering and Product teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
