About the role
- Create visual instructions for manufacturing assembly using a standard PowerPoint template and release them into the Manufacturing Execution System.- Collaborate with the HVME team on build-specific activities.- Report the progress of all assigned projects to the team and be accountable for delivering quality output to meet delivery milestones.- Understand and implement best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:- Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory skills and experience required:- Experience in creating Operations Method Sheets, Assembly Process Planning, and Work Instructions for large assemblies.- Good understanding of mechanical drawings and standards, Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BoM) Management, Engineering Change Management, and Release process.- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making ability while resolving build issues.- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Planning, and Industrial Engineering) to improve products or assembly processes.
Desirable Skills:- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, capital equipment industry, and its manufacturing processes.- Experience in manufacturing shop floor.- Experience in Industrial Engineering.- Knowledge of DFX process (Design for Manufacturability, Cost, Assembly, and Serviceability).- Experience in virtual manufacturing/build.
