The role requires strong analytical ability, campaign execution expertise, and team coordination skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans.Create strategies to increase brand visibility and student enrollments.Plan ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.2. Lead Generation & Performance MarketingDrive lead generation campaigns (online & offline).Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and conversion rates.Coordinate with sales/admissions teams to improve lead-to-admission ratio.3. Digital Marketing ManagementManage social media platforms and online presence.Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Monitor website traffic and optimize digital funnels.4. Local Marketing & PartnershipsDevelop local partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.Organize seminars, workshops, and outreach activities.Execute on-ground promotional activities and events.5. Team & Vendor ManagementCoordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors.Manage marketing executives and field teams.Ensure timely execution of marketing materials and campaigns.6.
